Photos¶

I finally got around to clearing my backlog of photos-to-be-put-online last weekend. You really learn how to weed out mediocre photos that way. They're just not worth the effort of putting them online. Which does take some effort for me as I

• give every photo a title
• add tags
• add a location

I've linked four random photos that I liked from the last months below.

• Tom Boonen at the Eneco tour, a cycle race. One leg ended in Nieuwegein, just 500 meters from my house. Fun to see one of those well-known riders up close.
• Beautiful trees in the autumn sun just a kilometer down the road.
• Rotterdam harbour with the sun piercing the clouds. Nice natural light effects.
• Utrecht's church tower (domtoren) (link updated 2008-01-09) in the setting sun. Taken while having a nice dinner with Annie.

Did I mention that I like the way smugmug shows my pictures? Waaaaay better than flickr in my opinion.
