Google alert¶

I just stumbled over google alert in an o'reilly article about google .

You might want to give googlealert a try. You give them max three queries to keep an eye on. They search google for those queries and sort of keep track of changes. They first time you get a big list of hits (just the ordinary google results), but later on you should only get notified when a new item showed up in the search results.

I'm currently trying their service by having them watch reinout van rees, bcxml and maurits van rees .

One search result for "bcxml", the building and construction xml language, caught my eye
