Coupe "Van Rees"
Recipe for a strange mix drink that I invented
Introduction
One of the ingredients is probably only available in the Netherlands, but here it goes.
"Coupe van Rees" is a mix drink I discoved by accident at the student movement I was a member of. The funny thing is that even now that I've been gone there for at least 5 years, there are still numerous people drinking this stuff :-)

The recipe is simple.
- Take a glass intended for wiskey
- Add half a normal quantity of Ricard.
- Add half the normal quantity of (that's Dutch) citroenbrandewijn, which is a kind of sweet "brandywine".
- Ready!
Ricard is a pretty sharp anice liquor, citroenbrandewijn is very sweet. So they both augment eachother and dim eachothers' sharp edge a bit.
